Sonderborg, Denmark: Danfoss Solar to Raise Inverter Production Capacity to 1 GW. Danfoss Solar says the demand for its grid-connected solar inverter range has increased significantly in 2009. Berlin, Germany: Solon Selected to Construct 11MW PV System. SOLON SE has been selected to build another turnkey, 11 MWp solar power plant in Spain. The contract was awarded by Renewable Energies and Photovoltaics Spain S.L. (REPS), a majority owned subsidiary of the Norwegian energy company Statkraft AS.
